Yard Greeting Rental Terms & Conditions

Prices are based on the number of phrases, names, ages, and graphics requested by the customer. We deliver, set up, and take down the greeting. Additional phrases can be added for an additional charge. Additional days can be added for an additional charge.

Our yard greetings stay up for approximately 24 hours. We typically set up the evening before the requested date (pending the installers' schedule and pending weather. Greetings can stay up longer for an additional charge.

Payment is due at the time of booking. This will confirm your reservation.

All signs are property of Yard Sparkle™, and you are responsible for any damage.

Due to insurance liability, Yard Sparkle cannot install in public spaces, apartment complexes, or private commercial spaces.

Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard greeting. Our signs will not support the weight of small children or adults leaning, sitting, or playing on them.

Please DO NOT throw away or vandalize the signs.

Please DO NOT move or remove our signs for any reason. If you need them taken down early, please contact us, and we will gladly come to pick them up.
Rental & and Refund Policies

Payment in full is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.

Payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery.

You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.

Yard Sparkle IS NOT responsible for customer misspellings. Please double-check your message before submitting it. Corrections will incur additional fees that must be paid before dispatching installers.

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard card display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.

We do ask that you take pride in your yard card display and treat it with respect.

Please do not throw yard card display items in the garbage or vandalize our signs.

These items are our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree not to harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.

Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc. Contact with string trimmers may cause damage as well.

Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.

If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE Yard Sparkle sets up.

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your

celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

Please do not remove the “Yard Sparkle” marketing sign alongside your greeting.

Yard Sparkle and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

Yard greetings are fun in nature and are meant to add to your occasion. We will not do any greetings that contain lewd, disrespectful language that is not positive.

By booking with Yard Sparkle, you agree to allow photographs of your display to be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Refund Policy

If you must cancel your booking 24 hours or less, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.

If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more in advance, you can receive your full refund (minus a flat $6.00 for processing fees).

In inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. If the weather prevents Yard Sparkle from setting up your greeting, you will be given a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge (Pending availability).

Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way.

No refunds will be given due to the following: the client giving us the wrong address, the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display, being denied access to a gated community, animals that may prevent us from setting up the display, or other circumstances that prevent us from setting up the show, that is out of our control.

No refunds will be given less than 48 hours before the reservation.
