Service Description
Framed letters are approximately 3ft. tall and 3ft. wide. 24-hr. rental starts at $65 per character. A refundable no damage deposit is required on all rentals and will be refunded after the letter/numbers are picked up with no damage. Refunds will be credited immediately but can take 3-5 business day due to bank processing. Framed letters can be sold with 3-6 weeks lead time. **Pricing may change based on the delivery area or custom request. All framed letter sales are final. Prices include delivery and installation. Standard invoices expire 72 hrs. prior to the event date. Rush invoices will have an additional $50 Rush Fee added.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION. In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to retain up to 50% of your payment OR you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid.
